Pilots should bring their previous medical certificate and passport. For EASA physicals bring your lens prescription.
FAA: Prior to attending for your physical please complete your application online in Medxpress Login (faa.gov) and bring your application number.
Medicals on Weekdays 8:00 - 11 am. ON APPOINTMENT ONLY!
